Zestier, fresher tzaziki with endive & hot pepper

Try this endive & cilantro-laced tzaziki

This zesty, leafier & frankly, fresher-tasting version of tzaziki is possibly even easier to make! See recipe below.

Make it:

  • 1-2 Endive
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 large bunch of Cilantro (three quarters inside, 1 quarter on top uncut)
  • 1 cup Yogurt (preferably 3%)
  • 2 clove garlic, crushed
  • .75 cup good olive oil
  • small or thumb-sized portion of hot bell pepper (can substitute jalapeno if necessary)
  • salt & pepper to taste
