20 days of mealscape

And we’re back!

After a two year hiatus, during which I was engrossed in dishes, learning, teaching, article and thesis-writing, I’m happy to clang the dinner bell once again! The mealscape has returned with force. I’m also happy to announce a new project: 20 days of mealscape.

Following the dashing, daring, brilliant, discipline-defying work of several 20-day adventurers from various fields, I’ve decided to make 20 marks of my own. Call them etchings on a virtual slate. Crumbs to chart the return route to grandma’s house. Or drops in a bucket. Doesn’t really matter.

The next 20 days will be flavoured with posts about curious meal spaces, alternative resto models, and tips on aquaponic excellence. If none of the latter coalesce in your mind, then nothing’s lost. All the better to return. Savour. Enjoy, and contribute.
